Best known for his French and Mediterranean inspired cuisine at 3-star Picholine and Artisanal restaurants, Chef Brennan inflicts touches of his passion for classic American cuisine by offering such dishes as, Porterhouse Steak, Caesar Salad, and Baked Alaska.
