The Sleep Team at The Benjamin Hotel, New York
Midtown Manhattan is a hectic place. So it’s little surprise that The Benjamin has everything in place to help guests get their 40 winks – Extensive pillow menu? White noise machines? A lullaby music library? Check, check, check. But it doesn’t end there. Under the guidance of sleep expert Dr. Rebecca Robbins, the hotel’s Rest and Renew program has its own dedicated Sleep Team, who can do anything from provide you with power nap amenities (eye masks, aromatherapy temple massages) to ‘work-down’ calls an hour before bedtime, to remind guests to shut off their electronic devices and prepare for slumber.
